About
Head of Technology at Midu Group — I own the company's entire technology: 12 production systems across 21 repositories, a 7-person engineering team, and the infrastructure they run on.
My bet is simple: a small team with AI in its bloodstream outships a big one. We made Claude Code the team's standard workflow, encoded our design system and coding standards into custom skill plugins, shipped an LLM assistant with RAG on the Zalo customer channel — and the same portfolio now ships roughly twice as fast, with five fewer people.
Under it all: TypeScript across the products — Next.js/React in front, NestJS/Express + MongoDB behind — and Go where a single distributable binary is the right answer. Self-hosted GitLab CI/CD, a multi-VPS fleet with cross-server replication, and zero data-loss incidents to date.
